      Staff are dedicated and have the right reasons behind what they do. There is opportunity for promotion if you are doing your job well. I moved up quickly based on performance. Independence to do the job well.

      Need to give raises more often. Increase benefits and reduce cost of.

      Enjoyed the students and staff.

      Cons

      Administration could be challenging at times. Continually made staffing changes in the classroom for no apparent reason, which was disruptive to the students. Administration could be vindictive if you opposed them.
