Pros

WBN opens job opportunities for people in Latin America and Caribbean countries in the world. The best part of this is you get to work for great US based companies with above average salary, with a great remote Support Team and staff with on going career projects that will increase your professional skills and experience.

Cons

There are zero to none. You get to work from home, during business hours, weekends off, spend time with your love ones, get a great pay bi-weekly or monthly, paid time off and all you need is administration experience, a computer and a nice working environment.

They hire quickly once you have completed their process. Training is very informative, and you'd retain the knowledge quickly. They are always up-to-date and giving feedback which is very helpful.
