Dysfunctional management managers are not real managers just sales man Chaos Disarray Product quality is poor and unreliable. Projects are treated like students projects no requirement poor testing. No designers Product owners incapable of writing requirements no raise for 4 years. low team morale. no work/life balance

You get to work on the greatest and latest technologies. There is appreciation for the work delivered

Cons

Appreciation for the work delivered does not translate into salary hikes Toxic team culture, no togetherness PRs get reviewed on Slack, insulting developers Destructive criticism The company has never invested in employee growth The workload becomes very high to the point of failure, and that's a good reason to fire you The developer's estimate is completely ignored
