It's not the same store every week so you don't get burnt out easily. You also get to work with a diverse group of people.
Cons
They do not pay for your travel expenses like all the other merchandising companies which really makes it a struggle at times. Granted they pay more than other companies do an hour, but it just doesn't quite even out like they think.
I got to work with some interesting people and it was a very learning experience. I was able to travel and see a good deal of Central Florida and parts of Georgia. There is pay advancement when you stay with them and there are bonuses when you bring someone else on with the company.
Cons
The cons are that the work is not steady though out the year. You will go for months with out any work unless you are near a very large City like Atlanta or New York or something like that where there is a lot of stores and lots of things going on all the time.
Can be a good if you like interval work (depending on assignments corporate has in your area). In the Birmingham area I received a call for work an average of 2-3 times a month and the calls were steady. Most of the assignments this company farms out in my area is grocery re-sets and last 1-14 days.
Cons
Pay was only $10 hourly, below average for my experience. Sometimes the recruiter staff gave incorrect or incomplete information about assignments where I would show up unprepared (example, without a tool needed). The website is a dinosaur.
