Pros
Overall culture for employees is nice and the people there are amazing: - "infinite" PTO (MINIMUM of 20 days); - Mental and physical care are really taken into account; - Work from anywhere; - The people are really accessible and they try to be very transparent;
Cons
Shell of a company it used to be: - Reducing past benefits, like reducing the number of holidays they gave; - People leaving left and right and not being replaced; - Dodging/twisting questions (not sure if intentional or not); - Doing AI for the sake of investors/shareholders;
