Pros
The culture is good especially in GTM team and Product teams. The marketing and sales works very closely in APJ and global team supports it. The targets are high but everyone works together to achieve it. The non performers leave early because they can't handle pressure and no hardwork and then they blame politics to hide their incompetence. AI market is tough but it is not made for everyone.
Cons
It is imp to keep good employees and good brand and remove incompetent people early
