Pros

Some coworkers are genuinely hardworking and collaborative, though they're often stuck in "firefighting" mode due to product issues.

Cons

1. Overpromising CEO: The CEO is known for overpromising clients, yet never delivering on those promises. When things go south, he’ll deny ever making those commitments, claiming they weren’t in writing. 2. Micromanagement Culture: You’re micromanaged down to your lunch breaks – yes, you have to clock in and out for lunch 3. Misleading Product Claims: The company boasts of having cutting-edge AI technology, but in reality, there’s no AI – it’s just a marketing gimmick. The software is error-prone, causing constant client issues 4. Compensation vs. Workload: Pay is well below the industry average, and you’re expected to juggle the workload of 2-3 people. 5. Lack of Support: Certain Associate Directors will throw you into difficult client situations with zero support, often with excuses like "I can't make it" or "I’m not feeling well." It's simply avoidance. 6. Blame Culture: The CEO is quick to point fingers and blame employees for issues, even if the decision causing the problem was made before they joined the company. 7. Firefighting Awards: Employees are frequently thrown into crisis mode to fix broken promises made to clients. Instead of resolving the root cause, the company gives out awards for dealing with these fires 8. Unappreciated Contributions: No matter how much you contribute or add value, the CEO will forget or disregard your efforts. But be prepared to be blamed when things go wrong, even if it was a past decision by the CEO that led to the problem. 9. Dictatorial Leadership: The CEO runs the company like a dictatorship, ignoring feedback, insights, or information from employees. His decisions are final, regardless of how detrimental they are. 10. Favoritism: There’s blatant favoritism towards certain Associate Directors, even when their incompetence leads to client escalations 11. Fake Reviews: Don’t be fooled by the glowing 5-star reviews on Glassdoor. They don’t reflect reality. The technology is far from "cutting-edge" – database errors, wiped-out data, and deleted information are just a few of the many problems the product faces.

Pros

1. A few good colleague who are knowledgeable and helpful 2. Good time to negotiate for higher salary as turnover rate is at an all time high and company is very understaffed at the moment

Cons

1. CEO over promises everything but does not act on them 2. Literally no fixed hierarchy system, titles keeps changing every few months. Org structure only has 3 levels (CEO, Associate Director (AD) and staff) 3. CEO does not show up to office and only gets feedback from ADs. And therefore have no clear knowledge on what really happens on the ground. 4. ADs job is to just delegate work to the staff and blames them if anything goes wrong. 5. ADs knowledge on the product is very questionable. 6. Subpar benefits. 7. Bulk of the company position are outsourced to other countries, these positions are filled by staff who are moonlighting without the CEO knowledge (allegedly) which says alot about the quality of the product. 8. Company is promoted as an AI company, which isnt true. AI is only part of RnD and the current product has no AI features. 9. Product is not stable even after 10 years. Full of bugs and problems are just being swept under the rug by fixing with hard-code. 10. Product is used by most hospitals in singapore, but security for production environment is a joke. Digital security for the product is a joke in general. 11. Outdated knowledge base. No proper documentation for new comers to refer to. Any existing documentation are all outdated making learning difficult. 12. CEO prioritizes desirability over feasibility, resulting in unnecessary OTs. 13. Understaffed, but CEO is in denial and blames the remaining staff on their lack of knowledge which is causing the slow progress within the product. 14. CEO forced location and time tracking of all staff using own product and play it off as a method to test the product. Honestly, don't waste your time on this company, there is a reason why the turnover rate is so high. CEO does not know how to run a business and ADs are just as equally incompetent. Upper management is a joke.

Pros

+ Young and diverse teams to work with + Plenty of learning opportunities + Nice office & decent amenities (pool table, soccer table, gaming consoles)

Cons

- No clear company vision and mission - Below-average to average salary - Very high staff turnover - Lack of transparency and poor communication - Everyone is overworked and extremely stressed - Teams frequently pass the buck and fail to take responsibility - You will be hired to perform task A, and will be expected to perform B, C, D in addition to that. Training for tasks B, C, D will not be provided and you will also not be paid to complete these additional duties and roles. - Buggy and outdated product - Management micromanages and fails to delegate tasks and responsibilities. - Company moves extremely slow as every minor decision needs to be signed off by top management. - Poor work and life balance, you are expected to work (unpaid) on weekends and during your vacation - You will not be appreciated and seen as an expendable resource. - Failures are met with reprimanding and excellence often goes unnoticed.
