      Pros

      Empowerment is very high, trust, participation worked for a short period, and so far I work. During my work period, I learned a lot from the management and the company as a whole. I look forward to coming with them, and my experience with them is very enriching.

      There is no perfect company, but Workhint is always working to improve the work and experience for the customer

      It may not be negative, but small sub-ideas can not be shared in meetings, but can be shared in a message that may be the reason not dispersion
