- "Flexible hours" in the format of 9-5 early on (Daily meeting at 9), hardly negotiated a 10-6 - Management is business oriented (No human-caring in a startup is Ouchy !) - Lots of "Secret" (We were 5-6 employees...) - You don't get to work on fun projects - First time I ever had roles removed from my title (Because of "investors" and conselor)
