Pros

- The work that you do has a lasting impact in your community - You colleagues are brilliant individuals who share the same goals for the future of the city and community - They provide temporary phone banking job opportunities for the community with a decent pay rate.

Cons

- Poor pay for full time workers - High turnover for new employees - No raises for 3-5 year periods - High number of work hours 50-60 hour weeks. They say "some" weekends when you get the job, and it quickly turn into "most" weekends. Burnout is not a rarity with new employees - Lack of career advancement
