Pros

Flexible working, good benefits, home working, mostly nice colleagues

Cons

Very bureaucratic and controlling, decisions made top down, little input into what your tasks or activities should be, not great leadership, which is a shame because I love animals but the opportunity to help animals gets lost within the bureaucracy

Pros

Flexible work, some basic "perks" like menstrual leave

Cons

Poor leadership, feels directionless, campaigns are always changing/being dropped at the last minute. Very unclear how the work actually helps animals. There is some bullying and favouritism too.
