Family culture before ABC bought over. Internal opportunities to grow but it is because they can't afford to fail so it will be a safe bet to offer the opening to internal. Very good work life balance because associates from US won't will take their own sweet time to reply email. It is a bonus if they do reply by the way.
Cons
The senior lead team in UK kept pushing for work processes standardization across the globe. Spent more time doing reporting more than actual work. When RVP don't do a good job in leading, the country managers get fired instead. You will be safe if you are the pet of the senior lead team, result in having incompetent leaders which led to high turnover. Doesn't matter if you can work or not, so long you can carry favour. Brilliant
