It's a fun industry and the support team is full of great, smart people.

Cons

The company is run at the whim of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and his actions are supported by the CEO. The CRO is very 'me' centered and creates silos instead of collaborations. He's created a world where he is at the center and anyone who disagrees is disparaged and ostracized. He touts radical transparency, yet is vindictive and sneaky. He has created a toxic culture and even the membership feels it and talks about it. The business can't survive in its current form.
