      , just an arena to gain experience.

      Cons

      This company lacks empathy and most importantly skilled Workers. They do not care about the wellbeing of their employees. They take on orders and work knowing they don’t have the skill set or expertise to handle.. arrogance , self centered clueless excuse for a leaders. The office gossip, toxic environment, unskilled people and not to mention the office cliques. If you are not kissing someone’s rear end you will never move up.
