Pros
Small company, easy going environment, located in a very nice area off the free way. This is a relatively easy commute and easily accessible
Cons
Bad leadership by the CEO, there is no clear strategy or business plan or in most cases it is very weak and unrealistic Some individuals are not qualified to do basic technological functions which are required by definition.
