Worthwhile has given me a world of growth and opportunity, its not always easy, but I always feel supported, cared for, and am provided opportunities for growth at all turns. I believe the leadership improvements that have been made are positive and fit the culture.
Cons
Matrix model, which is being worked on, has been confusing in the past. There are times where the work seems harder than it should be.
If you simply conform or are just liked and don't know anything about the actual job you are supposed to do you will be just fine here. A couple good apples in the bunch that sadly aren't heard or valued.
Cons
Terrible leadership. Lots of talks about company values that get contradicted on a daily basis. No true realistic vision. Lots of talk and no action. In a constant struggle financially. The business is run in the most asinine way from a financial and budgetary perspective. People in positions with down lines that have no business or expertise in being there. Lots of people just trying to convince others and themselves they know what they are doing. No career pathing or actual ability to advance skills and knowledge. There is a loose relationship with facts here. Be aware of some of the fake people that work here and self-promotion and advancement that goes on.
