Pros
The product is good with clear market demand. There's a high ownership culture. You’re trusted to run things end to end. Founders are approachable and open to feedback. Great learning curve if you’re self-driven and want to grow fast No office politics compared to other companies I've worked with.
Cons
Since, every ascept of marketing is outsourced, it gets difficult to scale and execute everything on time. On paper, you are given full ownership of your work but later on everything is reviewed and changed by the management.

I joined this company as a fresher and after 4 years i can proudly say that I learnt a lot from the company and organization as a whole. Starting from 0, I was a backend engineer when I joined, then went on to learn the devops concept, FE engineering concepts and also got to know about the genAI. If you are hungry for knowledge in these area go for it.
Cons
3 month of NP is too much. Need to improve some processes but who is perfect today?
