Decent pay & benefits, position transfer opportunities, down to earth & kind employees

Cons

Overly complicated operating systems, unwillingness to revise / update ineffective or out-dated methods of business and product development, unrealistic work expectations, lack of a coherent or clear company direction/mission, arrogant and stubborn upper management with poor mentorship and no guidance, toxic work environment.
