Pros

Pay check is deposited in the account by 26th of each month Grab account to pay for meetings etc.

Cons

- Toxic culture where unprofessional language is used in emails from the management team. The finance director is the champion of abusive emails - Gossiping and backbiting is encouraged by local management - Project management teams are difficult to work with and do not understand the challenges of the client facing team - Too many layers of approval for even processing of $100 invoice - Rude behaviour overall. Expect heated concalls where it is normal for people to raise their voices and be abusive - Senior management loves to throw mid level workers under the bus when clients complain - Management only cares about making money, and treats you like a paid slave to work 17hr non stop without complaining - Senior creatives have huge ego and like to curse junior members whenever they feel like

Pros

Wunderman Singapore +Good exposure to digital marketing ranging from website development, social marketing, content strategy +Some experienced upper management staff makes for good mentors -/+Juniors, expect to run by your own. It's both a good and negative thing

Cons

-Creatives are not data driven -Upper management kowtow to clients, making life very difficult for junior execs and creative team -Upper management does not understand the everyday challenges of the account and does not know when to say No to clients -Shady tactics are used to overthrow others -Obsessed with pitches resulting in lack of resources for retained accounts -HR is essentially non-existent. Does not protect the well-being of the staff. Are constantly unaware policies and staff well being. Interns, know your rights. Biggest cons -The creatives are produced for the sake of producing. There is no higher aim to product meaningful, impactful work.
