      No Guidance, Poor Work Life Balance

      Pros

      Great place to learn, but at the expense of your mental health

      Cons

      Not a good place to start your first agency experience, there was little guidance and was thrown to handle projects once I entered the role. Everyone is swamped with never-ending projects, and there is no work-life balance. Would not recommend. Was also shouted at by managers for not knowing stuff despite being new.

      Pros

      Majority of the people here are great. You’ll form great relationships. The location is good too.

      Cons

      Zero mentorship. Learned the ways of account management pretty independently. Poor support and too many processesses that wasted time which could have been spent on actual work. Disputes were frequent and colleagues can be petty and unprofessional, even within the same team.

      very nice team to work with and really friendly people from different departments

      boss is very panicky and prioritises other department's feedback and suggestion over her own department.
