      There were a few good people. they pay slightly above industry average, working at this company is only a stepping stone, don't stay long.

      Cons

      HIGH turn over, terrible upper management. Really good as suing people. Zero accountability for ownership

      Pros

      Great office location, and some nice people. The projects can be interesting and the workload is manageable.

      Cons

      Management is constantly changing processes and turnover is extremely high. Management is difficult to deal with and does not encourage career growth and development but sticking and repeating the same processes and tasks. Lots of favoritism, and passive aggressiveness that you will be dealing with as well. Avoid if you can!

      Pros

      Actively working on improvements company- wide. Awesome co-workers. Expectations are clear performance wise. The owners and managers do care and want you to succeed!

      Cons

      Some back and forth with management can be frustrating and the benefits are just OK. The PTO and holidays for office staff is not up to standard.
