Pros

Great potential, great products. Unbelievable core team with exciting opportunity for success. There's a definite buzz about Xapt within the Microsoft channel

Cons

Naive, narcissistic senior management who are concerned primarily about their reputation, financial benefits accruing from their positions as principals prior to the sale of Xapt. This harms the broader organization. Much stronger professional management is required. Communication, consistency and alignment/effective coordination will result..... Producing a much happier and satisfied team

Fall from grace

Pros

A few years ago they were headed in the right direction with a smart ambitious workforce and continuing sales. Currently it's a great place to get educated and break into Dynamics AX. They offer effective training to start and provide the opportunity to gain responsibility quickly. They're also being forced to take corrective action to 'right the ship'. Good insurance benefits and high percentage annual raises.

Cons

The last few years have proven difficult for sales and in turn retaining talent. After providing education and training they expected people to stay without competitive salaries and continuing opportunity to grow and learn. Current leadership (2016) does not value employees and coupled with mismanagement, has lead to a number of employee resignations. The revolving door also leads to a very junior staff that makes life difficult for project consultants looking for support. The development team was generally unwilling to compromise and collaborate due to arrogance which ultimately leads to customer dissatisfaction. Extremely poor communication from international offices and no commitment to the customers. Lower end of the spectrum for salary
