      Great WFH culture

      Pros

      Entirely work-from-home culture and very flexible. When my wife had a medical emergency, it was absolutely no problem to log-off and deal with it for two days, no questions asked.

      Cons

      Scale-up business so it can be busy. Not a "con" for me as such.

      Nice to be working with a team of enthusiastic people who genuinely care about the product and support new starters

      Ability to work remotely, a selected few are nice to work with, cake on your birthday

      Cons

      Poor company culture that is not inclusive and very outdated. Lack of company wide meetings therefore visibility and communication is low across other departments. No progression opportunities despite they mention that they want to endorse and grow in house.
