Initially, some of the coworkers made it a digestive place to work
Cons
Extremely micro managed from “chair” with a steel hand instilling fear. Other executive leaders did not exemplify basic knowledge of job functions. Managed as if parenting was their only resource of knowledge on how to work in a professional environment. Absolutely no opportunity for growth.
