no company structure. poor communication. horrible management. very toxic industry. some people with leadership titles do not deserve their role. They have no idea what they are doing, trying to implement extremely irrelevant changes that hurt the clients or forces extra work on other employees. when changes happen, it is not a wide spread update with all departments. the news spread slowly through word of mouth and causes confusion. you are required to sign a non compete during your job offer but if you quit or get fired, and you try to go to another aviation company, they require you to have a book of business. also the non compete doesn't help at all. they recently fired about 35-50 employees and it shows that they are going under and losing a ton of revenue. found out we are one of the lowest paid employees in this industry, even in sales.

Poor leadership management skills. Very big on reprimanding as opposed to teaching. Communication amongst internal teams is terrible along with constant changes that not only hurt internal employees but clients as well. Work/life balance isn’t good either. Though you are off 3 days you will be contacted on your days off for things regarding work.
