Company has terrible leadership Interview process was terrible, it took a month for me to get the position with no updates Pay is below average

Upper management is clueless. They ignore SMEs, fudge numbers, pat themselves on the back while engaging in RIFs every 6 months. More than half of the CX team were fired and the rest are cheaper, offshore labor. So many acquisitions and mergers have left the company in a constant state of chaos with the C-Suite constantly vying for power at the expense of the little guy. Zero transparency about things that actually matter. Zero job security. Culture of fear and mistrust
