      Pros

      Best company to work with. I was in a bigger company previously so could not learn in detail but here in xebec i have learnt many things from scratch, it helped me immensely to grow. I have got most of the training by myself and also from the upper management. They trust you and give you the full authority to work independently.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to get in there. They have a very strict and good interviewers even the HR is supportive and helpful. But even if you crack the interview, it is difficult to get in there.

      Pros

      None. Beware of joining this company in a sales role. They will extract all your contacts and network and then fire you. Then they will badmouth you everywhere.

      Cons

      Unethical, unprofessional, incapable, out of date. They have zero capability in anything except print media but flooding digital market with false proposals and promises which they have no way to deliver. They also bad mouth competing agencies.

      No pros, there is nothing good about this company. Please do some research before joining this company. Nothing to learn here and the management people are full of attitude. They are nothing but show-off like no one's business. I just want to say if the higher management is unethical what will you expect from your manager and other senior working their.

      Cons

      1. HR in this firm is the most stupid and uneducated person. She has no ethics. 2. They expect you to know everything without training. 3. Saturday working. 4. No learning only disappointment. 5. They treat their employees as their servant.
