      Empowered employees but pressure to stay billable

      Pros

      Seen employee empowerment as a plus. Options of work from anywhere, any city. No strict restrictions on WFO or WFH.

      Cons

      Since small company, continuous billability is expected. It is not "People First", but "Billability First" though it boasts as a value or a pillar. So, between projects, being on bench is an unsaid threat. GPTW - Great Place To Work survey is done on selective group of employees. Not whole employee population. These words are with experience.
