Cons

Extremely long working hours with no work-life balance. Lack of career growth opportunities and unclear promotion paths. Management does not value employee input or concerns. Poor communication between departments creates constant confusion. High employee turnover, which increases workload for remaining staff.

None. Management doesn’t know how to work with employees or clients.

Cons

This company suffers from extremely high attrition. Many employees leave without another job lined up due to how poorly the workplace is managed. There is a serious lack of transparency, and internal practices often feel exploitative. There are questionable policies around the exit process — employees have reported being denied necessary documents unless they pay penalties, even when exits were initiated by the company. Background verification is reportedly used inappropriately to retaliate against former staff. Work-life balance is poor, and there is a severe lack of real client projects. Much of the positive content you may see online appears to be curated or artificially boosted — I strongly encourage you to speak with ex-employees before making any decisions. Proceed with caution.

Cons

During hiring, they show a higher package to attract candidates, but after joining they change it by dividing the structure into 30% fixed and 70% variable. Later, they again reduce the in-hand salary, claiming a “calculation mistake,” and add new variable components to justify it. If you plan to leave, they threaten you with a fake “bond” — equal to a full year of your CTC or in-hand salary. Employees are forced to work on weekends and extra hours, and if you refuse, management demands bond money as a penalty. Exit documents not provided, and they give negative background verification to block future jobs. Advice: Be careful before joining. Everything looks good during the interview, but the reality starts after you join.

Nothing at all - only fraud

Cons

Fraud Company — Stay Away No benefits at all, nothing promised is delivered. Because of their toxic behavior, almost 70% of employees have already left. They change the salary structure anytime without consent and even demand repayment from employees. No real technical leaders — they just copy code from GitHub and pretend it’s their own work. They fool both employees and clients. Most of the positive reviews you see online are fake, written by the management themselves to cover up the truth and mislead new joiners and clients. For ex-employees, they refuse to provide documents and deliberately give false, damaging background verification reports to block you from joining another company. Warning to new joiners: Don’t trust the fake reviews. If you want the truth, connect with employees who left in 2025 and you’ll get the real feedback.

Pros

As someone from the HR department, I can confirm that all the negative reviews here are 100% true. Those glowing 5-star reviews are completely fake — written internally by the company itself to hide the real picture.

Cons

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional organization I have ever worked with. Firing employees at the month-end without notice seems to be a common practice, and once that happens, the company completely cuts off communication — no response to emails, calls, or follow-ups. The HR department exists only in name. Every single decision, even issuing relieving letters or F&F settlements, is controlled by management. HR has no independence, and employees are left helpless once management decides to disengage. Some key realities every prospective employee should know: If you resign, your salary is stopped immediately, and you are not paid for weekends during the notice period. Post-exit salary is promised after 45 days, but often comes with unexplained deductions or no payment at all. PF contributions are either delayed, changed without notice, or not submitted at all. If you’re on PIP, you are paid only basic salary, with weekends excluded. If you’re terminated, you can forget about PF, F&F, or documents altogether. Beyond all this, the mental harassment employees face — both during and after exit — is severe. Management uses silence, delays, and pressure tactics to break employees’ morale. Some ex-employees have even faced defamation and interference in future opportunities, which is completely unacceptable and unethical. The overall work culture is toxic, fear-driven, and emotionally draining. Employees are treated as disposable, and the management takes no accountability for their well-being. In summary: This organization thrives on control, intimidation, and mental harassment, not professionalism or respect. Think very carefully before joining — it can seriously harm your mental peace and career stability. Better stay unemployed than joining this organisation.
