Pros

Great top of class employee benefits. Parental leave, employee perks and discouts, basically free internet and TV with discounted mobile plans.

Cons

Seems like comcast is competing to be the absolute worst in customer service via call center, and then you have to deal with those angry customers in person. Rarely had a Saturday or Sunday off. Commission payed based on a percentage to goal which changed every single month.

Pros

Do not care about field techs.

Cons

Long hours, low pay, get written up if you have a repeat call even if it I caused by the system or equipment. Th equipment given to use is never tested from returns of customers so you don't know what you get. Management does not cre about employees just numbers. They are Al's extremely prejudice. You can not say anything to anyone in fear of retaliation.
