Very good place to work if you want to choose a high tech company in Singapore.
Pros
Very strong position in the market place. Excellent product portfolio, with amazing features. Good balance sheet, and strong finanically. Management take special effort to care for their employees, such as good medical benefits, leave, equal treatment of employees, whether you are Singaporeans or foreigners (black or white or yellow). Training provided for new staff, many soft skills training from HR. Colleagues are very helpful and friendly. Many social activities, such as weekly kick-boxing, family day, movie nights, free breakfast (nasi lemak!), monthly teabreaks (apple pie, beancurd etc..) Work is challenging, and many things to learn about FPGA. Even after being here for many years, there is always something new you learn about the product and technology. Top management always come to communicate about the company's direction. Very open communication.
Cons
Some days need to come very early in morning for meetings with HQ (7am!!) Located in Changi, so you need to be prepared for the commute to work and back from where you are staying.
