Thank you for your review. We greatly appreciate your contribution to Xledger during your few months here. I am sorry that you had a disappointing experience. At Xledger, we strive to create a working environment that is the opposite of what you describe. Anonymous reviews are always challenging, but you sound like the former employee who is no longer employed here due to violation of corporate confidentiality and ethics policies. We are a global company, with over 9000 clients in 60 countries. Our U.S. consulting office helps to support the entire client base. While we provide ERP to some faith-based organizations, we are not ourselves faith-based, and our staff includes a wide range of religions and ethnicities. Our software is highly developed and recommended by Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, and 80+ other accounting firms. We pay employees according to their experience and business contribution. For example, a junior consultant with 2 years of experience as a staff accountant and newly acquired CPA license might be paid differently than a senior consultant with 20+ years of experience running his or her own accounting firm—in fact, salary has nothing to do with gender.
