Xopti is a new startup in the communications field that has great partnerships and a history of resourceful acquisitions that provide a large and robust customer base. The company's culture is very familiar and the owners of the company are very close to the rest of the employees. There's a lot of support between the employees and the workplace is full of ethic, inspiration, and eagerness to perform.
Cons
Meeting timelines is currently a struggle for the organization as there are a lot of tasks and active projects and company employees are being pulled in multiple directions. Management has already taken action by increasing the workforce and this issue is starting to be resolved.
