      - One of a kind product in the market that solves real world problems - Very friendly team to discuss and arrive at a solution - Ability to experiment with latest tools and technologies - No hard deadlines

      Cons

      - Very minimal transparency on business development - Poor planning in terms of product development - Business management foresight is too little and often suffer with revamps - Slow or no implementation of new tools and technologies

      Everyone is friendly, good compensation, enough growth to expand your role and learn, flexibility and autonomy.

      Cons

      US Centric, under investment in technology, non stop change in direction and poor financial control. Multiple M&As which have been delivered poorly. Office culture in Singapore is dreadful.
