• very unprofessional Human Resources department • laughably low pay especially in comparison to competitors • store managers can get away with extreme degrees of misconduct due to a lack of oversight from upper management • inconsistent scheduling • rampant discrimination based on gender and sexuality • low sales translate to low pay, commission is nearly nonexistent due to lack of sales • culture of sweeping things under the rug as opposed to directly addressing hostile behavior from management • lack of staff diversity leads to an unsafe work environment • unnecessarily competitive culture • no growth opportunities • blame for failing sales was frequently placed on employees even during periods of no foot traffic • I would not be surprised if the store closes within a year, sales are that low
