      Strong product, poor employee welfare

      Pros

      Product is strong and used by well-known companies. There are some really helpful colleagues that you can learn from and help you grow. Flexibility to work from home as long as you get the work done.

      Cons

      Employees work hard for the company but when it comes to giving salary increase, you can forget about it. Unrealistic grading system and many set KPIs and you will get penalized if you do not fulfill all KPIs. Too much emphasis on cutting cost that employees leave and not hiring replacement.

      Work-life balance was exceptional and have enjoyed my work during my tenure.

      This company is a mess, some people can benefit from that.

      Cons

      Their management are really junior guys standing in front of huge challenges. Company owners are just bunch of cowboys playing with dolls (the company). Very dark times are comming. Everybody is leaving Y Soft.
