Pros
I didn't want to make the heading too long but it applies to everyone that works here including architects, technicians, drafters, etc. They really want everyone to be happy with the work that they are doing and trust us to be professionals on our own, leaving aside all the micromanaging and corporate red tape that often sucks the life out of employees. You have a lot of freedom to operate how it best fits your personal life, and with that comes a good deal of responsibility, but I think everyone that is here is good at managing their schedules, time, and performs at a high level. Colleagues are always willing and available to help, so there is not a feeling of isolation, even though they have no physical offices. Everyone is always a phone call away. Depending on the size and complexity of the files you handle, you may work with several other people on some jobs, but have a good amount where you are responsible for your own projects. As long as your work is getting done and your clients are happy, nobody will bug you.
Cons
It would be nice if the company could provide a startup sort of bonus for new employees for equipment, and maybe a smaller ongoing amount yearly to update such equipment.
