Company didn't really have pros, it was a good place to start.
Cons
Dr. Amster is one of the worst people out there. He still has litigation against him and a class action which he hasn't paid out. Rotating shifts and over worked, management is one of the worst out there. There is definite nepotism.
I've talked to medical providers who believe the same thing. If they're over worked, the staff is over worked as well.
