While principals are accessible, they rarely follow through based on employee feedback if it risks upsetting managers or the status quo. The company has had a major exodus of talented, experienced engineers over the past couple of years, largely due to toxic management creating an unhealthy work environment. Managers view staff as possessions, you are blamed for lack of training, and you are blamed if your percentage of billable work is not high enough. The company has involvement with NYC projects, but the potential opportunities do not offset the damage your mental and emotional well-being will sustain in the process.
