Pros

Recognised brand and stable company. Relaxed and fun retail environment to work in. Free music lessons for employees. Good for lower end or front line employees.

Cons

Stocks are always insufficient and customer service department are known to be bad at responding and slow service rendered. Just look at Google reviews to get an idea. Toxic, incompetent and laid-back management that cannot cope with changes promptly and efficiently, yet no one is held accountable. Company culture is know to be best at pushing around responsibilities and covering up their backs. Middle management onward will find it hard to balance work-life balance especially those from the retail side. Not competitive salary.
