      Yearly company outing 13th-month pay 2 weeks christmas break

      Cons

      - Extremely horrible treatment towards overseas workers, which is ironic because most of their employees are not Australians - they love to micro-manage and exploit - their time tracker tool takes screenshots of your screen every 3 minutes - no paid vacation and sick leaves. - no consideration for natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances - leaders are rude - low pay/salary for the amount of work

      Pros

      Opportunity to get very hands on. Can be an entrepreneurial work environment. Good talent and team.

      Cons

      TOO much micromanagement from directors. Managers are unable to do their work because of interference from directors. Directors tend to treat female employees with less respect unless they have tough personalities. Very difficult to implement due to decisions being changed constantly by the directors. Awesome team spoilt by dictatorial and sometimes abusive directors.
