Pros

Fun activities , cool people , flexible hours

Cons

Management is crazy and self serving. They have no idea what they are doing. They just care about themselves. They have us working for nothing and have us thinking we have no better options. It is an awful place.

Pros

Initially creative and encouraging environment.

Cons

You have to know people in the company to get hired; talent, efficiency, quality of work and experience are rarely important. Company presents as being very diverse, but is mainly white and hetero-normative. Highly focused on image, with very little focus on quality.

The Worst.

Pros

The product the company is putting out is fun (but has very little to do with the headquarters or work environment).

Cons

This is by far the worst work environment I've ever been in. Upper management is completely unprofessional and manipulative. Little room to grow unless you're a "popular" paint niter. Very cliquey. Management equates unprofessional, rude, and demeaning behavior to "growth" and people that are upset but it are accused of not being flexible enough. There is a difference between a company growing and changing quickly and tyrant, heartless management. The pay is horrible. The company is making a TON of money, yet employees barely scrape by. Perhaps instead of taking the entire office to Red Sox games or renting party buses, they could pay people a living wage. If the company was more like the face they try to show to the public it would be a great place to work. Their culture and values that are supposedly so important to them are a complete joke. None of them are followed. I'm getting out as soon as I find a new job.
