      Decent opportunities but micromanaged on calls

      Pros

      What you expect. Low-medium base, good opportunities for 50/50 split plus of commission if you are working semi hard. Expectations of dials, talk time, etc..

      Cons

      Managers listening to your calls almost every call it seems. Book of business that doesn't trust you due to being burnt by every past rep.
