      - Fast-paced with space to take initiative - Room to for creative problem-solving and growth - Brilliant colleagues - passionate, smart, and genuinely great to work with - Good mix of autonomy and collaboration - Never a boring day - high autonomy and flexibility in how you work - Feels like you're building something real and exciting

      - Not ideal for those who prefer clear structure or slow-paced - Ambiguity sometimes leads to shifting priorities and context switching - Fast growth sometimes means growing pains around processes

      Pros

      Incredibly supportive company. Amazing culture. Work with really smart people. Take responsibility for yourself to get stuff done.

      Cons

      Teams are still pretty small with great workload. This is not somewhere you come to settle and be comfortable. You will be stretched and it really is fast paced with high expectations, that is not just used as a buzz word.
