60% positive business outlook
Pros
- 10 pounds for lunch
Cons
- Abusive management - Poor work–life balance - Low pay with high workload - No career growth - Micromanagement (probably the worst of all)
Pros
Good perks and working environments
Cons
Working space is too small
Pros
-competitive pay -social environment -good training
Cons
-slow promotion -micromanagement -only 1 day WFH
Pros
• The team members were generally great to work with. I enjoyed the camaraderie and support from my colleagues • The company offered good health insurance and vacation days, which was a significant benefit • I appreciated the occasional free lunches and team outings, as well as the availability of free office snacks
Cons
• I frequently felt pressured to work long hours, impacting my work-life balance • Opportunites for promotion were extremely limited, and there was little to no professional advancement • Pay was below market average for my role and experience • Micromanagement was prevalent • The work itself was very repetitive and lacked variety, making it difficult to stay engaged While I valued my team members and some of the benefits, the negative aspects of my experience, particularly management, low pay, and limited growth opportunities, significantly outweighed the positives. I would caution potential candidates to carefully consider these factors before accepting a position here
Pros
- Good colleagues to work with -Great office -Free lunch and benefits -Highly developed and up to date
Cons
-No overtime pay - Disjointed management - Little WFH options
Pros
- Good Pay - Good product
Cons
- Toxic Sales Managers directing the Team Leaders to follow the same - Micromanagement at the highest level including asking you to sit down if you get up for a cup of coffee at 9am because as per the head of sales 'work has already started' - Very poor work life balance with people complaining of mental health issues and no concerns shown by management - Selling amazing culture to new starters by telling them of their team outings and going to pubs etc. However the real culture is not at a pub but between 9-6 in the office which is extremely toxic - Worst part is sales management try to hide their flaws by holding account managers or team leaders accountable instead of taking responsibility
Pros
Good Pay and bonus. Everything is automated
Cons
Horrible manager and toxic enviornment. Very minimal training and unrealistic expectations. The manager doesn't know how to lead or even work with a new employee. No Feedback at all or help just got told to do 100% do everything after 1 week.
Pros
Stable income for those who have no ambition
Cons
Where do I start, they promote those who are the worst in the department to management because they bring “Vibes” when the work they produced was awful. Very sexist place
Pros
Decent pay and benefit Fair promotion no politics
Cons
Bit stressful Bit borring work
