You work for your paycheck. Long hours, extra projects, high expectations. HR looks out for the company far more than the employees. Work life balance it rough. They will switch your operation or schedule day/night with little advanced notice
Upper management has unrealistic expectations of what you can accomplish in a day as you are dealing with issues from vendors. It’s not just processing invoices.
