      plaguedwith uncertainty while constantly changing approach for business growth

      Pros

      it has a dynamic setup and at the end of the month you get salary on time. Exposure to market is great. Has the backing of a very strong parent company.

      Cons

      The uncertainty in the top management affects company direction.High iteration rate affects consistency of the firm. Also this creates internal trust defecit. COmpany is slow to react to competition in the market.

      Salary is extremely poor. Excessive work pressure. No encouragement (vary location wise)
