This company expects its employees to be driven, hard working, honest, and knowledgable in their fields. They reward their employees with an extremely laid back and easy going culture. The compensation is above market for most positions, with tons of opportunities for growth. Its an extremely open culture, and each person's voice is valued and heard. They let you take the reigns and really own your projects. I really found that they allow each person to work in their own way, which is awesome. They are extremely flexible with scheduling, PTO, and working from home options, and they offer lots of team building activities. There is a good mix of new clients/projects and long-term relationship clients, which means you have security and stability as well as the chance to work on fun new projects. A very driven, easy going company that thrives on an entrepreneurial spirit!
