      Pros

      Great culture. Really nice people. Also pretty diverse workforce. And a good product, which always helps. Feel like we’re a tight knit team working in the same direction. Internal tools and systems are good and easy to use as well - which I really appreciate having worked at a bank.

      The old management team were great to work with, supported ideas and trusted the employees

      Cons

      Very poor hires particularly when it comes to management. Huge gap between Managers and staff no trust from both parties
