Pros

- Remote work. - Some colleagues are really nice.

Cons

I don't know about the existing positive reviews in here, but let me tell you this. This company has at least 1-2 employees leaving every month, some even after 2 months of working. Please check LinkedIn to verify this! The leadership team is taking the company down with them. It's horrible how they treat the employees, so please don't believe the so-called culture they are trying to show on LinkedIn. It's all a lie. When someone leaves, their responsibilities get dumped on the next person. In short, no replacement is hired. And no matter what happens, there's a tendency to blame the employees and even threaten them with firing multiple times. Also, there are absolutely no growth opportunities here.

Pros

If you like chaos, you’ll fit right in.

Cons

If there were an award for most incompetent management, they’d win by a landslide. No real structure, priorities change on a whim, often mid-week. Zero transparency, decisions are made behind closed doors, and if you question them, you’re seen as disloyal. Rampant burnout. In one month, 7 people quit out of a team of 18. Let that sink in! Psychological safety is nonexistent. Criticism is punished, not welcomed. No career growth. If you want promotions, you won't get them here, no matter how good results you deliver. Feedback loops are broken. You’re either ignored or gaslighted.

Everyone is leaving

Pros

Fully remote work (if you value that... because the in-person engagement is bad despite what they pretend on social media)

Cons

- People across all departments are leaving in droves - Toxic environment: impossible goals, people doing the work of 2-3 people, no recognition - The culture they describe vs. the culture you actually live are completely different. Current management doesn't care about feedback, just pretend and ignore even the most basic reality. It resembles a family-owned business more than a startup - Teams don't work together ... I hope they improve in the future
